Set in a medieval Village of 4000 inhabitants very close to the town of Pezenas. The center of the village is diominated by its impressive 12th century church, which is lit to great effect at night on which the house has a direct view. The Village is particularly well served by local amenities. 

Markets are held on Tuesday, Thursday (the busiest) and Saturday. In addition there is a SuperU supermarket located at the edge of the village.

In the village square there are 2 cafes, 2 boulangeries, a newsagents, a pharmacy and the restaurant La Panouille. The Grand cafe has a fantastic interior as well as a lovely rear terrace : great for l'apero! A little further along the grand rue, you'll find another restaurant : The Vesuvio.

The village has its own indoor/outdoor swimming pool, a great way to spend an afternoon.

Within easy reach: Pezenas, a bustling medieval town with a superb saturday market and night-time shopping on Wednesdays and Fridays at the artisans/artists "echoppes" (little shops). 

During the summer, there are a lot of Village fetes, some associated with bull fighting. In August , there is a feria in Beziers which last 5 days.

Beaches can be found 15km away; the long sandy beach of Serignan or further along, the beaches of Agde, which are not crowded even in the height of summer.

The area is also a walkers paradise, especially when it is near a river that is ideal for cooling off in. A perfect day out !
