The House


L'Epicurieuse is a former winegrower's house dating from 1895. The house is on 3 floors, each of them are 103 square meters. It has been completely renovated but has kept some of its period features like the encaustic floors or the iron staircase. 


First Floor

The spacious open plan living area is bright and airy with access to front and rear terraces.
  • The kitchen has an induction hob, cooker, extractor fan, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven. Also extended kitchen equipment (food processor, ice cream maker, raclette/ crepe etc..)
  • The Lounge area has french TV (canal +) and DVD player.
  • In the dining area there is a mini hi-fi for your iPod and a selection of cookery books.

leading to the back terrace, there is:

The rear terrace is an L shape and covers 34m2, with delightful views of the medieval village.

The 150 sqm garden is sunny but also has a cool shady area for when the heat gets too much. In the back of the garden there is a trampoline with safety enclosure. Another shaded dining area downstairs, along with a gas BBQ.The upstairs terrace is the perfect spot to watch birds circling mid-evening a glass of wine in hand.





In the garage, there is a table tennis table, a beer/wine fridge and a tumble dryer.
