The summer is definitely upon us, the sun is shining and now there is an array of fetes and festivals popping all around.
Just about every village, even the tiny ones, host at least one festival or village fete (or a feria) every year, with many hosting what seems to be hundreds! Any excuse seems to have its party.This traditional way of life is a big part of what we love about France.
This week end there is a 2 days festival in the nearby village of Magalas.
It's the second edition and there will be activities to do for the kids,circus, a lot of local bands playing and of course plenty of refreshments and food about.
A page will be done with the main events during the year but check the placard on the side of the road for the local ones.
